We’re bringing one of the most festive cultural traditions from Jerez de la Frontera to Hotel Hospedería Las Buitreras in El Colmenar (Estación de Gaucín): the ZAMBOMBAS, marking the start of the Christmas season.
A classic ZAMBOMBA is held outdoors around a bonfire, eating pestiños and roscos, drinking anise liqueur and sweet wine, with the zambomba reed kept well-moistened to play and dance until your body can’t take any more.
