Starting from El Colmenar, this route features historic trails from the Mozarabic era and is one of the oldest routes in the region. El Colmenar – Puente de los Alemanes
This hiking trail is one of the most recommended due to its accessible difficulty level and the beauty of the landscapes it traverses. This route is about 7.5 kilometers long and reaches the Puente de los Alemanes, where you can discover the impressive landscape of the Garganta de las Buitreras, which gives the hotel its name.
